What This App Does

Homework Tracker helps teachers create, assign, and review homework, and helps students complete assignments and view results.

What Data We Collect

We collect account and app usage data needed to provide the service, such as login details, role (teacher/student/admin), classes, assignments, homework content, responses, scores, and related timestamps.

Google User Data

If you sign in with Google OAuth, we access your basic Google profile data: name, email address, profile image, and Google user ID.

If you use Google integrations in the app, we also access limited Google API data needed for features you initiate, including read-only access to Google Drive files and Google Forms content used for import workflows.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, provide teacher and student workflows, store and display assignments and results, and support requested Google import functionality.

Storage and Security

Data is stored in secured application infrastructure and databases with access controls intended to limit access to authorized systems and users. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored information.

Sharing and Selling Data

We do not sell user data. We do not share personal data except as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the service and users.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your data by emailing tybfowler@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational requirements.
